Who Is Tom Davenport?

Let me help you get healthy and more active! I am Tom Davenport, personal trainer and a Strength and Condition Coach based in Eaton Bray, Dunstable with over 20 years experience in personal fitness and martial arts.

If you have health and fitness goals then I can assist you with general fitness, toning, fat loss, bodybuilding, endurance events and fighter conditioning. I also specialise in small group sessions, self defence, boxing pad work and fitness testing at all levels.

No matter what your ambitions are or what shape you’re currently in, together we will improve your health and reach those goals. I am a highly motivated individual who prides myself on gaining results for my valued clients. I’m a versatile personal trainer and fitness coach and known for my unique teaching style as well as delivering ‘high energy’ and ‘motivational’ work outs!
