Who Is Tom Davenport?

Tom Davenport is a Leighton Buzzard personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years experience in personal fitness and martial arts. Let me help you get healthy and more active!

If you have personal health and fitness goals then I can assist you with your general fitness, toning, fat loss, bodybuilding, endurance events and fighter conditioning. As a Leighton Buzzard personal trainer I also specialise in small group sessions, self-defence, boxing pad work and fitness testing at all levels.

I am a highly motivated individual who prides myself on gaining results for my valued clients. I’m a versatile personal trainer and fitness coach and known for my unique teaching style as well as delivering ‘high energy’ and ‘motivational’ work outs!
