Who Is Tom Davenport?
Let me help you get healthy and more active! I am Tom Davenport, personal trainer and a Strength and Condition Coach with over 10 years experience in personal fitness and martial arts.
If you have health and fitness goals then I can assist you with general fitness, toning, fat loss, bodybuilding, endurance events and fighter conditioning. I also specialise in small group sessions, self defence, boxing pad work and fitness testing at all levels.
